In to have my routine maintenance. The timing of the experience was as expected. While it took a slight bit longer than originally planned, I was extremely grateful. Terrible Customer Service I've been screwed over by this dealership 3 times now. Each time they call me in and love wasting more than half of my day with no regard for their cu I've been screwed over by this dealership 3 times now. Each time they call me in and love wasting more than half of my day with no regard for their customers time. The salesmen I worked with all 3 times had no understanding of what they were selling, and there seems to be a recurring attitude throughout them all. "Give the customer attitude." No one from this dealership has given a xxxx about my time or my business except the GM Jay that I met once. Since then, they have tried buying back my business multiple times, but each visit gets worse, and worse. I would recommend this dealership...to someone I want to suffer. More
