Would not honor Consumer Raports, Costco, Amex or TrueCar pricing.Car I wanted to buy: MSRP 35k, offered for 32K, price offered to me 38.5K. But it has a desert protection package!!! None of my cars in AZ had to be protected from the desert, and a toyota for sure doesnt!!! A window tint should not be more than $300, they pay 260 (or less) at Shane's. LHM should reconsider their model as they are losing customers. I drove down south to AT, and bought a car there. In and out in 2 hours. I would not recommend their Sales services at all! More

What began as a decent experience purchasing a new vehicle through the Costco auto buying program at Larry Miller Toyota has turned into the same old run around with car dealerships. I have been trying to contact the Customer Service manager Irina for two weeks now regarding getting reimbursed for window tint on my new vehicle since the dealership would not tint it to my liking as part of the protection package I paid 300.00 dollars for. I was assured by the Customer Service manager Irina that their would be no issues getting reimbursed. I dropped off the copy of the reciept for the tint as instructed after I paid for the tint out of pocket. I have left voicemail's for Irina the last two weeks, with no return phone call. I suppose the whole customer service concept the dealership preached while I was purchasing the vehicle goes out the window once yopu leave the dealership. I very disappointed with the Customer Service manager who can't even return a phone call to answer a few simple questions. More
Rick Emerson is the best! He is always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is with the rental car department. I left 2 voice mail messages for the rental department and she never called me ba helpful. My only complaint is with the rental car department. He also picked up and I was able to get a ride back to the dealership. Ron is a good driver. More

Went in for my 2nd free service for my 2013 Corolla. The car was washed but the inside wasn't vacuumed... a little surprised about that but wasn't a big deal. Amanda was very thorough! I had this side, car was washed but the inside wasn't vacuumed... a little surprised about that but wasn't a big deal. Amanda was very thorough! I had this side, plastic panel piece on the driver's side door that keeps popping out. I had it "fixed" during the first service and it popped out about a month later. You can "punch" it back in place but it never stays. Amanda had the service guys look at it and they "punched" it back and said everything looked okay. When she pulled the car up she didn't like how it looked or felt when pressed on so she went in and got a parts guy out there. They both determined the whole panel needed replacing. She made sure it was under warranty. This attention to detail really shocked me and I will stick with this car company as a loyal customer if this kind of service continues. My next car (we are a two car family) will most certainly be a Toyota. You guys can thank Amanda. More
