In April 2012, I leased a 2012 Toyota Sienna van and as part of my lease, I receive complimentary service for 25,000 miles. I was scheduled with Jeremy Rizzo for my first service after 6 months. Best service department I've been in for years. They come over right away and get you squared away with a loaner if you need it, even walk you to the rental counter. HORRIBLE Experience!!!! Typical games and lines of the typical car salesman. After making a deal, filling out the finance papers, multiple lies and 4 hours of my life, the "manager" cal typical car salesman. After the 3rd change in when the car could be delivered I dared to show frustration so the dealer called the deal off saying the car sale wasn't worth a bad survey. Then he just walked off. When I said I would be filling out a survey on them the manager said, "You won't be getting one!" Then, they had the nerve to call me 2 days later and ask me to come back in. More
