Happy customer came in for 5k service on my new Highlander Limited. Rick Emerson found that the car had a recall notice, The dealership did not have the needed repai came in for 5k service on my new Highlander Limited. Rick Emerson found that the car had a recall notice, The dealership did not have the needed repair parts in stock. Rick set me up with a loaner rental car, because mine was not drivable. The Parts came in a few days later, the repair was completed. When I picked my car up Rick informed me that he had found a flaw in the driver side door panel and he showed me where it was and informed me that a repair had been performed. Now that is great customer service. I am a happy camper and highly satisfied. Rick has been my service advisor for at least 12 years now, and he has always taken excellent care of me and my vehicles.
