This happens EVERY time and when we mention it we are told the online system does not work well and that we should call to make appointments. We prefer the ease of the online system but if it is not going to work, why offer it? More

We were impressed with how short a time the entire purchase and financing (with Ben) took. We were in and out the door in two hours. We purchased the vehicle on the weekend the SUV had come onto the lot. The SUV was detailed and ready for us to pick up on Monday. At that point, Danny spent close to an hour and a half going over all the details of the car. He was very courteous and most knowledgeable and had a desire to make it a comfortable and fun experience. Before we left, he let us know we could call him at any time if we had questions once we were home. Danny made our Toyota experience and excellent one and I would recommend Danny Cantillo and Larry Miller Toyota to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. More

When I showed up to the dealership Albert had the vehicle ready for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. After the test drive we sat down to talk numbers and he had all the numbers ready with exactly what we had already discussed.
