I’ve been a loyal LHM Peoria customer for a long time. I’ve bought my last three vehicles there and use them almost exclusively for service. But this last two years, the customer service has declined grea I’ve bought my last three vehicles there and use them almost exclusively for service. But this last two years, the customer service has declined greatly. Two and half to three hours for a simple oil change is ridiculous, especially when they know you’re waiting there for your vehicle. I understand that they service 100s of vehicles a day, but I’m not sure what the point is of making an appt for a 30 min service when it’s gonna take three hours. As a single mom, I don’t have the luxury of endless amounts of time and sitting at the dealership for extended amounts of time with my toddler no real reason is less than satisfying. Every time I leave there, I feel as though I’m inconveniencing them when I continually make the CHOICE to use their service department. More
