Salesman George Matagaras, poor salesman, uncaring, and unprofessional. I purchased the vehicle online, I live in Sacramento CA. I told the salesman that I would be flying in on Friday 15 March, my origina unprofessional. I purchased the vehicle online, I live in Sacramento CA. I told the salesman that I would be flying in on Friday 15 March, my original flight was scheduled to arrive at 10:45 am. On Thursday afternoon, I informed George Matagaras that I would attempt to get on standby status for a flight arriving at 8 am to Phoenix Arizona. At 6:00 am PST (15 March 2024) I communicated to George Matagaras that I was successful and would be arriving to Phoenix at 8 am. I arrived at 8 am and called George Matagaras to let him know I was at the airport. He told me that he was in a meeting and would not be able to pick me up. I was devastated and discouraged. I told him that I would Uber to the dealership myself to save time. I had to drive the vehicle to Sacramento CA. Upon arriving at the dealership, I waited at the dealership and George Matagaras kept me waiting. He then showed me the vehicle and told me he had not put it in for final detailing. It was a very disappointing experience with Mr. Matagaras. I eventually left the dealership at about 11:15 am and immediately ran into a backup on the highway to California. The delay in failing to pick me up as promised and processing the vehicle cost me valuable time. I ran into Los Angeles commute, congested, heavy traffic at 3:30 pm to 4: 30 pm. I eventually made it home, very late on Friday night 15 March 2024. I had an early wakeup for Saturday for my clients, I am a mental health counselor. Philip Bartlett, the Finance Manager, sold me a Desert Protection warranty that cost me $1029 over the life of the loan. Philip Bartlett told me in his office that Mr. Bartlett told me the Total Care Auto: Key/Remote Replacement ($209), Paintless Dent and Ding Repair ($160) the Appearance Protection Plus Limited Warranty ($190), and the TCA Maintenance ($110) would be removed from the purchase plan. When I reviewed the data on Saturday, the warranty items are still there. I was told that Philip Bartlett is not working today Monday 18 March 2024. I have left two messages for the Finance Department, for Gary Creek since 8 am this morning. It is now 2:30 pm and no one has returned my call. Thank you for allowing me opportunity to rate this dealership. More

My vehicle has been losing it’s charge but it was never determined where the source of the drain is coming from. I was told that I needed to replace my 9 month old battery needed to be replaced by a $400 b determined where the source of the drain is coming from. After leaving Toyota I took vehicle to Auto Zone and an employee there determined that the drain has nothing to do with the battery. More

Service was quick and questions answered. Would not rectify maintenance sequence screwup by other dealer. (40,000 mi. Maintenance was done at 35,000). They simply did 45,000 at 40,000 miles.
