Most of the time service is prompt. However, this last time I waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment to rotate tires. I had to go ask the service advisor who was on their cell However, this last time I waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment to rotate tires. I had to go ask the service advisor who was on their cell phone with my keys on their desk, how much longer after waiting an hour and ten minutes. They mentioned that the keys were just brought up. Who knows how long the keys were actually sitting on the desk or when they were going to alert me that my vehicle was ready. Over an hour for an express service tire rotation is unacceptable to me. I will more than likely be giving Bell Toyota a try for the 20k service. More
