I like the fact that service appointments are scheduled with the same service advisor. I have been with Rick Emerson for many years. He is the best! Personable, responsive, and knowledgeable. We bought a Scion a couple of years ago and have been very happy with the car. Friends of ours recently bought the model. Getting services is easy, and staff are helpful and friendly. Stopped by 10/19/2012 to checkout a tire inflation indicator light on dashboard. Did not have an appointment and Jeremy gave us great service quickly finding out the problem at hand.
