When we had questions he was able to answer the questions regarding the vehicles we looked at. Now the financing..... Chelsea helped us. She was so sweet. I really felt comfortable and felt like I was talking to a friend. She was not pushy on buying the extras. And she also had answers when I didn't understand some of the things. Overall, my anxiety and stress of buying a used car was less than I anticipated. Thank you Alec and Chelsea for all you did.
