Easiest and fastest purchase of a vehicle - Ever! Walked in last Saturday and Capt. Ron gave us the price we wanted to pay for a new Explorer ST AND our trade in. The service department was excellent but the car itself is troublesome. Not only was it recalled for a coolant problem but it also had to have a new motor put in because of antifreeze leakage. Lastly the h is troublesome. Not only was it recalled for a coolant problem but it also had to have a new motor put in because of antifreeze leakage. Lastly the hatchback doesn't close properly. The inside light stays on for 7 + minutes. It was worked on several times. It is ok for a day or two and then reoccurs. We are bringing it back in soon to be looked at again for the umpteenth time. Again, there is no problem with the service department it's the car itself ! More
