He was low key and not pushy, knowledgeable, personable, upfront and honest as we compared two vehicle models. Once we decided on the Focus as our second car, we moved easily through all paperwork. Tracy Black finance specialist was a delight to work with through the finances. No hassles, painless and we even got to laugh and get recommendations for Netflix.
