Not your typical dealership They don't have that typical flashy showroom, but that's not most are there to buy. We wanted to upgrade from lease Cherokee to an Explorer size vehicle. Al, our sales associate was very professional, listened, and cared for our needs. His demeanor wasn't overbearing and intimidating like a typical dealership. We explained how we did research on additional vehicles, and we initially wanted to test drive with no pressure on the spot. He completely understood about us feeling comfortable in our decision to explore other manufacturers. We returned to pick up our Explorer, Big John got us out of our Cherokee lease and worked out an outstanding price, with some extras too. Tracy made the paperwork easy and painless, and didn't feel a business transaction. Very professional service, straight to the point with no high pressure, and limited added fees (tire and wheel protection). More
