Dylan was very nice and easy to deal with and even in the cold, went in several times to get keys for us to look at several cars until we found one we liked (a Focus). Although we were previously approved for a loan through our credit union, Tracy cut our interest rate in half and what we saved on interest we were able to use to get several upgrades to our purchase. I recently visited Larson Ford on a Sunday and found a nice pre-owned Ford Edge in the lot next to Route 88. I returned the next day to purchase the vehicle and from the moment I walked into the showroom, I was treated with the same excellent customer service that has inspired me to return time after time when I am in the market for a newer car. The salesman, Bob "Woody" Woodworth greeted me warmly and immediately took me outside to look at the car. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle, and the Ford Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle program. I was so impressed with Bob and the car that i even waived my opportunity to test-drive the car! That is trust at the highest level my friends.
