I always have a good experience at KIA. Barbara was friendly and kept me up to date on what was happening with my car. She fully explained all the work that had to be done and was knowledgeable about friendly and kept me up to date on what was happening with my car. Barbara went out and brought my jacket in from my car when I told her I was cold. More
