My day began with Waylon, very kind, courteous and patient. He asked if I minded Austin joining in to assist, I replied no, I don’t mind. Deborah was amazing and fast and friendly all while taking care of other people along the way of dealing with my issues. She was nice and very informative. But the cashier lady forgot her name, was ver taking care of other people along the way of dealing with my issues. She was nice and very informative. But the cashier lady forgot her name, was very rude! And very snobby. I won't be returning because of her attitude. So un welcoming. She obviously hates her job and life and hope she finds happiness some day. Instead of taking it out on random customers that are paying to keep her job alive. Unnecessary attitude. She explained the paper work to me, me never dealing with a dealership before was just listening to her. And I just assumed we was done but she kept repeating herself and each time she got snobbier and rude. And I look down and she wanted me to sign the papers. All she had to do was tell me she needs a signature from me instead of assuming and repeating the paper work to me a thousand times. So simple to just TALK and tell me you need signatures from me. Then after I signed she handed me my papers and walked away. No have a nice day nothing. Hope she gets talked too and realizes her hate for this world is unacceptable especially for people that buy cars from her work. More

I had scheduled service online and requested a part to be ordered so I can have all services done at once. I asked for a call to discuss details. I didn't receive a call prior to appoinment and the part I ha ordered so I can have all services done at once. I asked for a call to discuss details. My service advisor did get that taken care of for me and I believe the person who took care of me in person was not the person I was assigned to during scheduling so its not her fault. More
