Came in for oil leak. $2400 estimate later and nothing fixed. Was told people who changed oil last left gasket off plug and would need to replace the shield. There was a gasket on it, but found a hairline crack in the pan and they washed the shield. I don’t appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of. I will only bring my car back to Kia for recalls or warranty work. I no longer trust your service department More

First off they’re slow, don’t have important plans scheduled near your service appointment. Secondly, they try and upsell so much junk you don’t need. They recommend useless overpriced services long b scheduled near your service appointment. Secondly, they try and upsell so much junk you don’t need. They recommend useless overpriced services long before the manuals scheduled maintenance chart says perform said maintenance. They won’t honor the dent and ding repair for life, they act as if it’s not important and then make excuses as to why that dent or ding can’t be replaced. If you have any tire services performed they will scratch and scuff the surface of your wheel. I only used them because I was suckered into buying the “KIA Disadvantage” Plan which included 5 oil changes. Thank god those oil changes are used up so I can take my business elsewhere. More
