This, plus the vehicle itself naturally, sealed the deal for us: if the tenor of the interaction had been like any of the others I've endured over the years at other car dealerships, we probably would have walked out the door without a sale. They gave us a great deal on our trade-in (although the paperwork for this took a long time and we had to go over some stuff a few times because we were handed off from Kris to James and ultimately to Steven - I think because they had a complicated deal going on in an adjacent office - and this is the one thing I marked down for) but all 3 were very friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely consider them seriously for any future car purchase. More
