I had a great experience working with Steven. Not only did he help me when I was at the dealership, he spent time answering my questions over the phone and via text. In fact, they didn't have the car I was originally intending on purchasing, but because I didn't feel pressured and trusted Steven, I was able to find a great vehicle that met my needs at a great price. Steven was up front and honest with me. I asked him why the price was so good on the Nissan Altima I was looking at and he explained the situation in detail disclosing all the facts. His explanation and documentation provided me with confidence and ultimately led to my decision to purchase the vehicle. He made the process easy by starting some of the paperwork over the phone so I didn't have to spend as much time in the office. Once I made the decision to buy, the process was quick and painless. We arrived after watching TDI jettas online and by calling dealers. The prices here are very competitive but more importantly is the low doc fee, low sales tax, and the LACK of CAR BUYING xx!! We had been to a local VW dealer and the experience was not good. A sales pitch before the test drive, I knew way more about the car than the sales woman did, sitting in the office, "what do you want your payments to be?" and all the high pressure sales stuff. We arrived at 8:30 and left by 10:30 after completing the transaction (while juggling our 9 month old) with the freshly detailed and tinted window car being delivered by 4:30 that day. It was a 4400 mile car for the same price the dealer wanted for the same car with 38k miles. We will but our next car there and do recommend LeSueur to any and all! More

As a woman car buyer we often get told "tall tales" by the "stereotypical used car sales person", and my attempt to buy a used car proved it to me. I adressed two dealerships in Tucson and both overcharged me and did not answer specific questions I asked. However, at Lesueur, esp. working with Ryan Biggs, I had all questions answered as quickly as possible, he was clear and precise, and the transaction was an absolute pleasure. I would buy a car here in a heartbeat. I have never been at a dealership where people are in line to buy a car, there literally where about 20 people waiting to be helped! And yes, my car drives perfectly well! More

I've bought 2 cars from LeSueur and they were both great experiences. Their prices are very fair and they are great guys. We bought a 10' Volkswagen GTI from LeSueur in June'13. The experience was great, it was the only dealership I have been to where they are laid back and not pushy for a sale in anyway. The fact we could take the car on a test-drive with no hassle of a salesmen preaching to us, we were able to take our time and really get a feel for the car we purschased. The best part was we only had to deal with one person through the full process of buying our car it was really a one stop shop, not like the other dealers who make your whole day waiting for finance , sales or service etc, we were in and out on a few hours with a guarantee loan approval and a smile on our faces. My parents bought a vehicle from this dealership before and since I needed a vehicle for transportation around base they decided to bring me to LeSueur Car Co. Although I didn't know a lot about Volkswagen My Parents did, and from what they told me they liked the car Manufacturer. So I went along with it when they brought me to the dealership and I was impressed and happy by the end of the day. The overall service from the staff was great as well as the atmosphere, well kept clean cars and an abundance of choices, not just VW but Honda, Toyota, Nissan etc. The Deal I got was great and had no trouble whatsoever purchasing the car. The LeSueur Car Co. made it easy like all every process should be when buying a new vehicle. I will return again in the future for a newer vehicle.:) More
