I experienced no sale's pressure and Kris was exceedingly helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Negotiations went well and the actual purchase was seamless. LeSueur even detailed my 14-year old VW to ready for private sale. After my Mini warranty expires, I plan to use LeSueur for maintenance. I highly recommend this dealership.
