Partner not Opponent This past Monday night I received the news that no car owner wants to hear…your warranty claim has been denied. The news only got worse from there. This past Monday night I received the news that no car owner wants to hear…your warranty claim has been denied. The news only got worse from there. My mechanic then decided to drop the news that the car was in need of further engine work and considering that the initial claim was denied, it was only logical to assume that the next claim would be denied too. He suggested that I consider selling the car. With that news, I went to LeSueur to do a little car shopping. Having been recently divorced, which had a dreadful impact on my credit score, I was not looking forward to the prospect of negotiating for a new vehicle. Once I had decided on a vehicle, the shop mechanic inspected my Audi. That’s where the news got worse. In fact, the engine did not need work. It needed replacement. It was effectively blown, and so too were my prospects on getting a new car as I still had an outstanding amount on my loan. And so, the bad news was shared with me by the Sales Manager who took on the role of being a partner in helping me find a new vehicle and not an opponent. Steven LeSueur truly went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that both suited my needs, but also was acceptable to the financing bank. He even reached out to his insurance contact to see if anything could be done to appeal the decision from the disreputable warranty company that I had used when I purchased my Audi. I was in an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation that Steven could have simply walked away from, but he didn’t. He worked with me on every aspect of finding a new car and did so in a compassionate, non-judgmental and efficient way. Due to the complexity of my situation, compounded by the late hour in which I arrived, Steven and his team worked well past closing to get me into a new vehicle. Needless to say, I am extremely grateful to everything that Steven and his team did to help me. I now have another pleasant car buying experience at LeSueur. Thank you Steven! More

These guys are awesome. We received a fair price (yes, maybe I heft some $$ on the table) but the whole things was hassle free, we were completely satisfied. Low tax area and no out rations "docs" fee and no dealer add ons you didn't want. Had the windows tinted, great job and greater price.....Go there....you will love it! More

I found LeSueur in 1995 when my wife owned a 1993 Cabriolet, they took care of my service issues, I needed some extensive window repairs and I couldn' I found LeSueur in 1995 when my wife owned a 1993 Cabriolet, they took care of my service issues, I needed some extensive window repairs and I couldn't afford the dealer. They were fair priced with corrective and preventative maintenance, best of all they had a crew that specialized on my brand, they serviced all cars purchased there but in the 1990's VW was their core brand. The confidence and performance by the service department convinced me this was where I wanted to purchase my next car. When it came time for a new Convertible we purchased a 2002 Volkswagen Cabrio, I was worried since I was purchasing a manufactured buy-back but Kris stepped through the original issue and it was a pretty basic headlight issue. Volkswagen had rectified the issue, explained the service performed by Volkswagen America and provided a very healthy warranty that could be used at any VW dealer or a LeSueur. After 15 years we upgraded the Cabrio in 2018 on a 2016 Audi A3 convertible. This time we had no issues with the manufacturer buy back program from Volkswagen, since the Audi had many more features we augmented the factory warranty period with an extended warranty, the quality of the Audi has me second guessing my extended warranty decision since my only service in the last 14 months has been preventative maintenance. In 2019 I retired my old Honda Accord and bought a 2015 Passat TDI. Kris once again stepped through the Volkswagen re-certification of the Diesels and gave me plenty of things to research. Since I drive about 60 miles a day, this car made sense and I have had my 2015 TDI for almost 3 months. I love to get in this and just drive! If you have been to the new car lots and hate the man in the booth, I recommend stopping by and checking out this place, they let you set the pace of the sale and everyone there has the easygoing pace we do not see at the high pressure lots. I took 3 months to research my last purchase, I chose my credit union and I left the lot with a spotless car and a full tank of diesel. I will buy me next car here and will recommend others to check this place out. I can buy the same car elsewhere but the service is what got me into the sales office. More

I was happy to meet Steve and finalize my purchase. He was so easy going. The experience was fast and efficient. I have never experienced car buying without stress, frustration, 3 Card Monty Games and a ton of wasted time. I asked Steve to help me get in and out of his office as soon as possible as I had brought my mechanic with me to “look under the hood.” My mechanic validated that the car was as Steve had described and it was a great deal. Seriously, every time I go to a dealership I feel like I have to prepare myself mentally and emotionally for the inevitability of getting screwed over and I kind of resign myself to the fact. Not so this time, we got there, test drove the car, negotiated the financing, and sealed the deal in about two hours. It was about as painless as buying a car could possibly be.
