I knew quite a bit about the car already and what I was hoping for, but Riley really helped ensure I was making the right decision. There was never any pressure, and the fact that I only had to deal with Riley and not a finance person as well was even better. There were no weird or obscure fees that I wasn't expecting and their doc fee was super reasonable. The fact that there is no city tax also helped. Overall, I'm very impressed and happy with my experience. More
