After finding the vehicle online, I contacted the dealership, who reached out to confirm my interest. It took me a couple days to finalize my decision and Steven was patient while also attentively reaching out without aggressively pushing a sale. Walking into the dealership, the atmosphere was chill and everyone was dressed down in shorts and t-shirts. Being a guy who grew up in Birkenstocks and flannel shirts, I liked the casualness, but mainly because there was still an air of professionalism upheld.
