I was looking for a specific car model, there was no pressure, and Kris immediately began showing me everything on the lot that met my needs and my financial parameters. He had immediate access to all of the facts about each individual car. I ended up finding one that really suited me, took it for a test drive, had all my questions answered and made the purchase. This was the best car buying experience one could ask for. I have since taken the car back for minor needs and all of my expectations have been met. I am looking forward to doing business with this wonderful firm for many years to come. More

I asked for some flexibility on using a credit card for part of the payment, and Steven was very accommodating. When it was all said and done, I explained that I would need to come back either in the evening or the next day to pick up the car, and Steven asked where I lived. I told him, and he said it was on his way home and he could drop it off at my house! And that's what he did tonight. That's service and caring for your customers! Thanks, Steven!
