This is actually our second time buying a vehicle from LeSueur and after looking for months we came back to LeSueur when I decided I wanted to buy pre-owned. It has truly been the best car buying experience like the last and unlike any I have experienced before. They are transparent with their customers, family owned, hands down give the best rates, no hidden fees, and I believe offer the lowest taxes. I was so impressed by their customer service and the way Steven handled our experience. Their sincerity and thoroughness in explaining all of the details to me was very clear and easy to understand. I didn't feel that they were just trying to get me in a car out of the door as soon as possible. Very patient and Steven was very patient as I wanted to test drive many vehicles. So grateful a company like this still exists and other dealerships should take note. This is how you do good business and keep customers. Be careful !! I purchased a vehicle in 2014. Salesman never mentioned that the car was a "buy back from manufacturer" until the final stages of the sale and during I purchased a vehicle in 2014. Salesman never mentioned that the car was a "buy back from manufacturer" until the final stages of the sale and during the contract signing. He mentioned the car came from California and laws are different than Arizona and car company must buy back the car if buyer found a mechanical problem. After I paid off the loan and got the title it shows "buy back from manufacturer". In December 2015 I went back to trade this vehicle for a newer one. They appraised this car $2,000 less than it was valued. The reason: "buy back". I said that's how I got it from them to begin with. They said they wouldn't be able to get their money because of it. I though that was very sneaky and dirty trick. It took me 2 months to sell it on my own, and for more money. Be careful with this people, they will cheat you to get the car off the lot. Run a carfax first, I didn't because I needed a car fast. More

We went over to Tempe the next day and he showed us the vehicle and test drove it for us. He was very informative and answered all our many questions with expertise and politeness and honesty. We never felt any pressure and were impressed with the car and felt the price was very fair. He was willing to accommodate our financial situation and we left with our purchase that day!
