Crap. I bought a 2019 ford escape. Immediately had problems. Called several times. They wanted to keep my car 3 days to diagnose it. Because it's a Ford. W I bought a 2019 ford escape. We goona keep yer car 3 days to diagnose it. You don't like it go elsewhere! Which I did. Thoroughbred for diagnosed it in 1.5 hours. Blown engine! Known problem for these cars. Lees summit sold it to me anyways. Warranty is awful. I can tow it 5 miles? What? It's undrivable. So far 1700 hundred bucks on this blue lemon.! Does ford care, lees summit honda...no! I filed formal complaints against these crooks! 23000 bucks..What a ripp off More
I just received a text asking me to rate our recent service visit. I got a text while my wife was at the dealership getting the service. My wife specifically told the service advisor to NOT text her hu service visit. I got a text while my wife was at the dealership getting the service. My wife specifically told the service advisor to NOT text her husband's phone (mine). The service advisor supposedly looked it up and noted it and said they would not text. Just as in the last two visits, they texted me as told not too! And same as twice before, I get yet another text the following day soliciting a review. When I go to review at the google link, it says 'you have already reviewed! My wife is still going to talk to the service manager as he was not in the day she had the car last serviced. After detailing the issue with the service advisor she commented that they had a 'bad seed' a while back, but she was not authorized to do anything about the incident. The issue: Time before this visit they did the oil change we had the tires rotated. A month and a half later wife started complaining she heard an occasional knock sound in the front end. The car felt like it drove all right so we continued using it. A couple weeks later (around 2 months later) we took it to our local auto repair place. They found two MISSING lug nuts, including the locking lug nut and the remaining were barely finger tight! They replaced the missing lug nuts and properly tightened them. This car was frequently used to transport out young grandchildren in car seats! I cannot imagine how ANYONE could be this clueless and irresponsible to 'forget' to torque lug nuts on a car, but this could have easily caused a severe accident and loss of life! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! We have had repeated issues with this dealership for years and we only go there for oil changes anymore because they are cheaper. If we had a reasonable substitute for Honda service, we would never return! And BTW, the lifetime free car wash perk they gave us upon purchasing our last two Hondas there? The car wash has been inoperative for more than six months, the excuse being it was broke and the parts were too expensive to fix it... More

Repeated problems with this dealership texting my phone even when the service advisor said he sees 'do not text' all over our account page! Yesterday he claimed he called and left message in the morning. There was only one call from him (no message) at 3:44 PM that I answered. This morning I get texted with an html survey request. I am on a non-internet flip phone. No matter how many people at this place say they will fix this, EVERYONE there ignores the simple, documented request! In short, these people do NOT give a crap about their customer's simple preferences for communication! More

Charged for test already knew tire issues then I used loyalty points wasted for basically no work could've taken elsewhere and saved my $$ and loyalty points. This place is horrible. They are not advertising their $2,500 market adjustment fee on any new vehicle. They also don't advertise that they will only sell you a new Honda if They are not advertising their $2,500 market adjustment fee on any new vehicle. I'm truly sorry I sent them 2 customer's that purhased here in the last year and a half. They tried to tell me it is worth the almost 10% mark up on the car I want, to get it 2 months earlier. Shop around, go a little distance and there are other dealers that will sell you a car without this outrageous mark up.If they are screwing you on the sale up front, think about how they will screw you when you get your serviced or fixed. More
Called to see if my 100,000 miles warranty was still good, Aaron looked it up and said it was. I was over charged for looking at my car.
