He took the time and explained all models, trim levels, pros and cons of new/used, leasing/financing. I finally settled for a 2014 Altima SV. I couldn't be happier with my first car buying experience. Dwayne made the financing easy & explained everything to me. Alam followed up after delivery to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions. He went above and beyond to make me happy. I will definitely be back for my husband's car next month. More

Excellant Customer Service This was my first experience at Legend Nissan. I previously went to a different Nissan. Gina R. the Internet Sales Manager contacted me via email for This was my first experience at Legend Nissan. I previously went to a different Nissan. Gina R. the Internet Sales Manager contacted me via email for an early sign in. She worked with me every step via email. She gave me the best possible deal before I even arrived at the dealership. I told her the exact car and Price I wanted. When I arrived , the car I wanted was already parked outside for me. She introduced me to the sales consultant Steve C. who was patient and explained everything to me while he was processing the paper work. This was the first time at a Car dealership where I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. The whole process took 2.5 hours. I will highly recommend this dealership!
