I always get good service from Legend. However, I had my car scheduled for a few issues. When I got the call that my car was ready, I went and paid. However, looking at the receipt I noticed that 2 things were not included and not done. The service advisor recommended that I return the next day to complete because the technicians had already left, I returned the next day and about 45 minutes later my car was ready. In my rush to leave I did not notice that I was not given a completed receipt. I called from home and left a message requested an emailed completed receipt. Did not get a call back. I waited 2 days and called again and was connected to a voicemail. I left another message asking for a call back or an emailed receipt or I would come back to pick up. I also left again my phone number to notify me of the steps taken. I still did not an answer after 3 days. No email or returned call. More

I have always had a good experience at this dealership service center Legend, until recently. My car went in for a simple oil change Thursday 7/10/25 when I went on vacation. I drove my car on Tuesday and service center Legend, until recently. My car went in for a simple oil change Thursday 7/10/25 when I went on vacation. I drove my car on Tuesday and had to get my car towed back to dealer. The mechanic added too much oil and I had a puddle of oil. Light came on and sensor said oil level too high. Couldn’t drive car because I didn’t want to destroy the engine. The service advisor gave me some lie and excuse. My dad is a mechanic of over 40 years and called them out and they couldn’t give a valid excuse for the mess up. So unhappy. I also called for a tow they quoted me for $60 when I have a contract of three years and had to use my insurance coverage with Geico. They also had no loaner. I had to inconvenience my family for rides on three separate occasions to transport me to work. Hesitating now to do my 30k service. More

The wait time was a lot longer than I was told. I would’ve asked for a loaner car or gotten a ride there and back if I knew the wait was going to be so long.
