I took my car in on Thursday for an oil change and service knowing I was going on a road trip Friday. On Friday when I was driving upstate my check oil level warning came on. When my husband checked the oil level this morning it was low. They never even changed my oil and the inspection sheet is half filled out. I paid over $200 for nothing! I am furious!!! More

My repair was handled very professionally. Heather treated me like I was her most important customer. There was a minor dispute about how much the insurance co was going to pay.
