I purchased a pre-owned Q7 from an inexperienced but very responsive and proactive salesperson. However, as helpful as he tried to be, some facts about the vehicle were inaccurate. I found the vehicle I was looking for in their inventory, but it was overpriced, and the promised services to assuage the above-market asking ended up not happening. More
