I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. They allowed me to do a pre-purchase inspection at my own mechanic's shop. As part of the agreement, the salesperson (Cody) agreed to have some additional work done to get the car in even better shape (it was already in amazing condition, it just needed some minor tweaks for being a 16-year-old car). I couldn't have been more impressed with the team. I received a call from the dealership (Rebecca) within a couple days to schedule the work. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted very professionally by a service representative (Tristan), who assured me that all of the work would be performed while I waited. I told him I was willing to pay the balance of some of the work, since I requested an upgrade for the oil type. To my surprise, Tristan told me that they were going to upgrade at no cost to me. What an outstanding example of exceeding expectations! Thank you to everyone! More
