Lazy, not remotely customer focused. Poor service dept. Whether in person or by phone the attitudes of the service writer(s) vary from acting as though you're an interruption to his day as opposed to the pu Whether in person or by phone the attitudes of the service writer(s) vary from acting as though you're an interruption to his day as opposed to the purpose of his work - to outright not much giving a xxxx if your issues are addressed at all. Policies and action are inconsistent with a customer driven dealership. Rarely have I encountered such lack of professionalism in a service department. This is after having been directed by either voice prompts or other attendants several times just to reach someone who really acts as though the customer is just a pain in the xxx. Lowest possible grades. Save the trouble and the additional expense and find a tech elsewhere where you don't need to navigate thru a bunch of amateurs. More
