Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. However, we agreed on a time to come pick up my brand new vehicle after already completing paperwork 2 days prior, and it took 1.5 hr before the fina However, we agreed on a time to come pick up my brand new vehicle after already completing paperwork 2 days prior, and it took 1.5 hr before the finance department was able to finally talk to us. I did not expect to show up for an appointment and have to wait almost 2 hours before even starting the process. My sales rep Marissa was extremely sweet and helpful, as was her manager who made a point to check in with us, but the whole process was not as smooth as it could have been. More
