Good work but they try to upsell you on EVERYTHING. I came in needing a left rear shock and they tried to sell me on an oil change (the oil life monitor said there was 10% oil life left), they mark the I came in needing a left rear shock and they tried to sell me on an oil change (the oil life monitor said there was 10% oil life left), they mark their paperwork saying that my brakes "failed" inspection but in reality they were at 3/32, 2/32 is failing... not saying they don't need to be done soon but they shouldn't legally be allowed to write it that way on the paperwork. The amount of things they were trying to sell me on were ridiculous. More

Samantha the service writer was very polite and attentive. My wait time wasn't really bad considering what I had done. The waiting room is nice with phone chargers at each seat. The bathroom is nice and it's clean. When my vehicle was done they had it waiting for me out front with the AC running. (It was a hot day.) The building and the service have both improved. More

Overall experience good but I would suggest calling the customer for recommendation along with texts so the work can be done on timely manner. Also when the customer come back to pick the vehicle, it shoul customer for recommendation along with texts so the work can be done on timely manner.
