There is always fresh coffee, and even bagles if you are hungry. They have a shuttle service to take you to the mall if you'd rather not just sit and wait for the car. I've even been offered a loaner car for times when the service may take several hours. They've thought of everything to accomodate their customers! My Service Consultant, Victor Siegfried totaly explains what needs to be done an the cost before the car is worked on. He helps me with appointments for future services I need and I am completely satisfied and confident my car is safe when I leave. I love the car, and this month I made my final payment! When my "check engine" light went on, I was on the turnpike and called Vinart with my concerns.
