The first time I used this service center it was great. I’ve been having issues with my front camera on my Explorer since I purchased it. When the notification on the dashboard told me to go to the service I’ve been having issues with my front camera on my Explorer since I purchased it. When the notification on the dashboard told me to go to the service center for it, I did. The tech started out friendly then in a condescending manner told me if a rock or rodent had damaged the camera that it would be out of pocket. When we purchased our vehicle we were sold the upgraded service plan, which includes front forward camera issues. The way the plan was sold, was if ANYTHING HAPPENS, we take it in, service fixes it. Not a whole bunch of red tape. Ultimately the issue still wasn’t resolved because 3 days after I picked up my car, I got the notification on the dashboard again. Save time. Pick a different ford dealership. More
