Awesome experience Bo was so kind and knowledgeable! I was really nervous going into the dealership because I was set on buying my first car. Bo greeted my parents and I Bo was so kind and knowledgeable! I was really nervous going into the dealership because I was set on buying my first car. Bo greeted my parents and I when we walked out of the employee parking lot (oops) he made a joke and instantly we felt comfortable with him. We told him that we were looking for a new or used Honda Civic, he then brought us right to where we needed to be on the lot. He gave us time to walk around and browse by ourselves and told us to come find him when we had questions. This was awesome because you never felt pressured or surrounded. When I decided to go for a test drive with him he was extremely knowledgeable of the Civic and pointed out all of the features. He was very patient, always willing to help and so easy to talk to. Never once did I feel pressured into getting features that I didn’t want/need. Jacky in finance was equally as friendly and patient, the process was so easy. They both truly made my experience enjoyable and I will now always refer my friends/family to Bo Rivera and Leith Honda! Thanks again Bo for helping me purchase my first car on my own! (: More

Misrepresentation and Attitude The car in question, advertised, was misrepresented via the description and the photos they posted. There was body damage to the vehicle. The deal ha The car in question, advertised, was misrepresented via the description and the photos they posted. There was body damage to the vehicle. The deal had been negotiated via phone based upon what was written in the description. Upon arrival our sales person was great and very nice. When we went out to see the vehicle and test drive we found damage to the vehicle that had not been divulged. This led to a renegotiation and the sales manager was quite direct that he could care less. It was what it was, he argued with me that it was not misrepresented. They are very strategic in taking pictures of vehicles and making sure that the issues can't be seen in the photos. When I told him that this damage was a deal breaker at this price he didn't care. Further he didn't even know that a cashiers check is equal to cash and said that he couldn't take it. I wouldn't waste my time folks going to this dealership, they care nothing about the customer and integrity and a word that they obviously don't teach the meaning too with their employees. More

Over and beyond I had a week to get a new car after my car was totaled. I had spoken with Alison earlier and she gave me her schedule…BUT my husband just happened to I had a week to get a new car after my car was totaled. I had spoken with Alison earlier and she gave me her schedule…BUT my husband just happened to be off on the day she was off. With 2 days left to get a new car Alison came in on her day off and help us understand the different models and find the car we wanted for a great price! I’ve always recommended Alison and when it was my time to purchase she was there and went over and beyond her expectations! More
