Made an online appt to test drive a car. Got a confirmation and then was ghosted when I showed up to the dealer. No record of my appt to test a drive they told me isnt even on the lot. When I reached back out to the salesperson that set up my appt, they acted like they didnt set up my appt and tried to brush off wasting my time. I had heard good things about the service here but did not have a good experience. More
