I recently made my second purchase with Alison after a total loss accident of my Honda Accord touring. I must say that she made my buyer's experience so exciting and put all my anxieties to rest. When I received confirmation that my car was a total loss I immediately knew who I'd be contacting for my next purchase. Alison, IS the example of a wonderful sales and leasing consultant. When I initially reached out I gave her a list of what I was looking in a car and she started sending me listings and on that same day I decided on the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. A day or two later I went to go look at the vehicle late in the afternoon before the dealership closed and Alison waited for me even though she was past her shift. I was in love with the car and the plan was to send it to detail the next morning and have me come in and sign my paperwork. When I arrived, the car had just been released from the detail bay and Alison immediately informed me that there were some flaws in the paint on the hood due to sap and let knowing that the detail crew worked hard at getting it off but was now permanent. This was an easy oversight as the day before when I checked out the car I didn't notice it myself. I just thought it was dirt that needed to be cleaned off. Alison allowed me to make the decision if I would be okay with the the flaw or not. Even though I had this car on my mind for a few days now, I decided that I would not be okay with overlooking those spots. Alison right away started searching the iPad for inventory to see if there were any other cars available that were comparable to what I was requesting to purchase. It only took her a few minutes and she did find another Honda Accord but this was an even newer year model and I loved it! It even had some features that the previous vehicle that I thought that I wanted didn't have. I couldn't have been happier. We took the car out on a test drive. Alison showed me all the features and settings and then I test drove it on the way back to the dealership. SOLD!! Here are a few reasons why Alison is the example of what a sales and leasing consultant should be. Allison is prompt and hard-working, she's always listening and asking the right questions, she is sincere and showed empathy to my situation of returning to her for a new vehicle, she is also very positive and focused, good humored and informed on the industry. She proves to be quick thinking and resourceful, she is very skilled in marketing herself and let me just tell you the "Alison Sales Cars thank you goodie bag" that she put together for us was not expected but greatly appreciated and the items that were included will last us for a long time. In my closing I know that there are a lot of talented sales gurus out there but I will have to say Alison is one of a kind and anyone who comes in contact with her just as a friend or through business will find that we all need an Alison Davis in our lives. I took my car for warranty recall for changing the shaft. They fixed it on the next day. When I drove the car to home I felt the steering wheels are bit tight when compared earlier and heard a noise continu They fixed it on the next day. When I drove the car to home I felt the steering wheels are bit tight when compared earlier and heard a noise continuously while driving. So I took the car back to them and they said the noise is not coming from shaft. I took the mechanic for test drive saying are you saying this noise is not coming because of changing the shaft. If they want to diagnose the problem, then I need to pay 260$. I took the car to local mechanic.He found the problem with in 2 minutes. that they didn't tighten the bolt which is Infront of the shaft and documented the video of that. Now they saying that this would not happened because of changing shaft. Without moving this they could not changed it or when I took for second time they would have inspected the bolt which is near to the shaft. I am going to share the videos documented to the next level of Honda company. More
