My experience with Leith Honda Raleigh was beyond my expectations. My salesperson was Eddie Vaughan and I could not have been better taken care of. He made sure that everything went smoothly and went ou expectations. My salesperson was Eddie Vaughan and I could not have been better taken care of. He made sure that everything went smoothly and went out of his way to make sure that I was not inconvenienced at all. He brought an HR-V to my place of work so that I could test drive it. When I purchased one that came in a week later he brought the car and the paperwork to me so that I would not have to take time off of work. The whole team there took the time to make sure that I had a great experience. One of the most stress-free purchases that I have ever made. Ask for Eddie when you go in! Thanks Eddie and Team!! More

If I could give them negative stars I would! I recently purchased a vehicle and asked if there was anything wrong with it several times. They said no, nothing was wrong with it. Told them the I recently purchased a vehicle and asked if there was anything wrong with it several times. They said no, nothing was wrong with it. Told them there was something wrong with it and it was most likely the transmission that a mechanic friend had said. They brought it in to look at it and said they couldn't diagnose anything since it wasn't a Honda vehicle. End result--- Well, it needs a new transmission and 2 other things!!! They aren't doing anything about this. They haven't followed up to see how satisfied we were with their service or anything. Plus, when we got it they didn't even detail it all the way and made an excuse that it was in a hurry but they will give us a full detail whenever we wanted. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP and SERVICE! Never buy a car from them... EVER! They will screw you over in a heartbeat. More

One issue after the next. I might just be unlucky but everything that I have done at this dealership has been an ordeal. I bought a used minivan and have had nothing but issue I might just be unlucky but everything that I have done at this dealership has been an ordeal. I bought a used minivan and have had nothing but issues, first an issue with the financing paperwork, a key fob issue, side mirror issue, which got fixed , only to create another issue. I cannot get someone to call me back . Once I get this last problem fixed, I am not going back there. E More
