After playing the game with a Knoxville dealer I decided to try Lenoir City Ford and I am happy I did. I worked with Sonny on finding the right vehicle for my needs. Sonny was patient and willing to spend as much time as I wanted driving different models. Their selection was very good and I felt like I could find anything I wanted right on their lot. We drove SUVs and cars before going back to the first one I drove. I had an older BMW to trade in that I knew the value of because of my prior research. I was plesently supprised when they offered me a fair value and worked on the price of the Ford Edge I was purchasing. I have never bought a car as quickly as I did this one. What did I learn? Do your homework know the fair market value of your trade and what you are buying but most importantly get a dealer that wants to sell cars not play games with customers. Lenoir City is that kind of dealership. The second part of the story is the Finance Manager Frank Cardwell. Frank is a proffesional, and spends time explaining the options, and educating his clients. The rate I received made me laugh. It was well below the current market and I had zero reason to call my bank and try to do better. Thanks Frank, it was a joy working with you. More
Sonny help us decide which model of Fiesta would best meet our needs. He found the car we wanted at another dealer in another state.. There Tech person gave a very useful course on the Sync system. I'm am familiar with the service dept. They have done all the service on our 2008 Fusion that was brought from a different dealer that closed 2 weeks after we purchased the car in the summer of 2008. More

John Scott was awesome when purchasing a new 2014 Ford Escape SE. John went above and beyond what any sales member normally would do. John wasn't pushy and I didn't feel pressured by no means in deciding on making a purchase. John Scott was very helpful, friendly and a professional at what he does. After I did my own number crunching, I decided to go ahead and purchase a 2014 Ford Escape SE. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Lenoir City Ford and especially my sales representative John Scott. This makes my 4th purchase from this dealership; all previous purchases were Mustangs to include a Shelby Mustang GT500. Breck Davis came by to chat with me; he wasn't pressuring me to buy but gave his word that the dealership would work with me on whatever they could to help relieve some stress throughout the entire process. Breck is very friendly and laid back. He is a true gentleman and he would do whatever he can to help anyone out, because it's best for business! Frank Cardwell was next in the finance office and he was very friendly, took his time and answered any and all questions that I had. He also asked about my family, who I wanted to have my loan through, and even offered extra coverage protection. He did what he could to help me get the best interest rate available based upon my credit score. Frank understood all of my concerns when it came down to the final numbers, interest rate, and monthly payment amount. Frank is a true gentleman, very friendly and professional. Take my word on this; I wouldn't continue to do business with Lenoir City Ford unless they are 100% true to what they say. Words can only go so far but the "Actions" speak much louder than words and Lenoir City Ford does just that, they back up everything with their actions as well as their word. We do not like shopping for a car because the salespeople are pushy and frankly I just do not trust them to look out for the customers interests. Most sales people you can spot a mile away, but John and espe are pushy and frankly I just do not trust them to look out for the customers interests. Most sales people you can spot a mile away, but John and especially Jennie did not give that first impression. They listened to what we needed and did not try to pressure us into something we were not interested in or could not afford. They pointed us toward the perfect car for our needs and worked with us to get the financing we needed. More
