Sammy Hash was a very kind and helpful salesman. I didnt feel at any time, that I was being pressured into buying a car that I didnt want. We were looking for a truck for several months and knew exactly what we wanted, this was the first one we found that met all my husbands specifications and was in excellent condition. First I wouldn't recommend the Ford Escape. Even service advisor said they are having all kinds of technology problem and can't keep up with it. Next, I would not buy anything from Lenoir City Ford service advisor said they are having all kinds of technology problem and can't keep up with it. Next, I would not buy anything from Lenoir City Ford because with their maintenace package you have to use them and their service is terrible. I brought my new Ford Escape in to get serviced with a check engine light on. I was told to bring it back 4 times. Then I was told for all my trouble I would get free tank of gas which they didn't do until I brought it back a 5th time and they had my car for over 30 minutes to have it filled up. I would stay away from this dealership it's worth the extra miles to go to another Ford dealership for sales and services. More

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Lenoir City Ford and especially our sales representative John Scott. Our experience was non-other than a miracle in the making. For you see we planned a once in a life time trip out west in our 5th wheel camper with reservations scheduled across the country. We were waiting for a new truck we had ordered from another dealer which was suppose to arrive two weeks prior; and still was not delivered due to some factory challenges.That is the day I called Lenoir City Ford. I talked with John and told him the list of specs we needed on a truck (that we needed the truck NOW). He said give me 5 minutes and call back. He not only found the new truck with all the specs we needed but it even had a tow hitch factory installed. He had it delivered the next day. We were back on schedule and on the road to begin our trip. Without the expert knowledge of inventory not only at his dealership but with other dealers we would have had to delay our trip. We cannot thank you enough for your prompt response to our needs. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I bought a Nissan Altima and my mother and father bought a Ford 150. This was my first car buying experience and Lisa made it quick and painless. I definitely feel like we were taken care of yesterday and that each employee we worked with was there to make it the best experience possible. They definitely succeeded!
