Amazed!!! I went to the dealership with my friend to look for her a car. We both have had negative experiences at dealerships for several reasons, mainly becaus I went to the dealership with my friend to look for her a car. We both have had negative experiences at dealerships for several reasons, mainly because we are females. However, from the first Hello to the final Thank you and Good bye, our experience was wonderful. Even with little down and low payments needed, they offered my friend many options. We took the first car on a test drive and Cohen listened closely to what we liked and needed. He then showed me a car because of the conversation we had on the test drive and my friend fell in love with that car. I had my eyes and heart set on a Malibu he had showed her, but I wasn't there to buy a car. Needless to say we both drove off in our new pre-owned cars. I was able to get mine even though I never dreamed I would be able to at this point. Mike helped me complete my sale. Both Cohen and Mike were professional, friendly, helpful, and considerate from the first moment until the last. This was an experience we will never forget (as I am sure they wont either LOL) and look forward to returning next time we need a great car. I would recommend Lenoir City Ford to anyone. If I can get a car there, so can you!!! Thank you for everything!! More

A Great Dealership I had originally purchased my Ford Fusion from this dealership. The service was great and it truly is a no pressure dealership. I had originally chose to visit them on good feedback from my friends about the dealership and the Fusion in general. So, with my good experice purchasing my first car, I then let my grandparents in on the good service, environment, etc. I went with them to look at a new Ford Edge and needless to say, we drove home in it. Not only was the service again above average, especially from Crystal, but the dealership itself provides an all around great car buying experience. Frank was also very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I love my Fusion, and I am certainly enjoying my grandparents new Edge with them as well. I am happy with my car, and I know my grandparents are very satisfied with their new one also. I will always check with them first when buying another car again. More

When I visited them I was looking to buy my first car by myself after college and really didn't know much about the car buying process. Cecil Ball took the time to really explain the entire process step by step so that I could make a smart decision. He showed me all the cars on the lot and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a first time car buyer. When you go to Lenoir City Ford you they make you feel like a part of the family. Everyone from the Owner, Jim Allen, to Finance, Frank Cardwell, takes the time to explain every step to you so that you are happy and aren't taken advantage of. Frank was able to get my loan financed at a great rate and even cheaper than we had initially talked about. Also, the service is wonderful! Kevin Whittington even agreed to even touch up small paint chips in my car, at no additional cost, so that everything was perfect with the car. One of my favorite things about Lenoir City Ford is that they do not put a car on the lot if it has been in an accident so that you know you are getting a good car. Again, this dealership is wonderful from every aspect. I highly recommend you go see Cecil Ball when looking to buy your next car. purchased 2010 ford 150 Cecil Ball was the salesman. He was very nice and explained everything well. My only disappointment was the loan paper signing with Frank. After explaining that i would not be purchasing extended warranty, he kept trying to sale me one. After 3 attempts and someone coming into the office to say again how i should buy one, i was feeling like no one was listening to me. After trying to be friendly, i was finally shown the papers for signatures and got to leave. Otherwise, it was good experience. The truck was priced well and is in good condition. More
