We were greeted right away and introduced to Sonny. We began having transmission problems with our prior car so we decided to trade it in for something a little less used. Even after telling the guys at Lenoir City about our car's issues, we were still able so we decided to trade it in for something a little less used. Greg Curran had sold us a vehicle in the past and was our salesperson for this transaction as well. He did a great job showing us around the lot, discussing our options. After we had decided to go in a sit down to discuss numbers on a particular car, rather than get anxious and try to hurry and close the sale like most salesmen would do, Greg continued to take the time to make sure he had paired us up with the right car. He ended up changing our mind and sold us a different car which had more features that would fit in well with our growing family, and it was the same price as the other car we were going to buy. Most salesman are in a hurry to make a sale, so it was refreshing to know that Greg and the guys at Lenoir City actually take time to consider the customer's wants and needs. Also, typically the most dreaded part of the car-buying experience is talking to the finance person. This was not the case for us. We dealt with Frank to finalize the purchase and it was an absolute breeze! He got us in and out in no time at all. I've bought from other dealerships in the past, which has always been a headache, but dealing with Lenoir City Ford is very relaxing and refreshing. It also doesn't hurt that they have free popcorn, which is fantastic! More
