I had a great experience with Jennie, she was knowledge about the Ford Expedition we purchased. I do have to say the Finance person I had to deal with was not good at all. He was very pushy about adding about the Ford Expedition we purchased. I do have to say the Finance person I had to deal with was not good at all. He was very pushy about adding a warranty to the vehicle I purchased so at the time I decided to do it but the more I thought about how he handle our deal it makes me mad so I canceled the warranties not happy with how all happened either. I did not feel like I was respected at all by Frank so I will say in the future if I choose to do business with Lenoir City Ford I would request to deal with a different Finance person. More

Our experience with Lenoir City Ford would have been rated "Great" if not for the attitude of Frank Cardwell. The Finance Manager tried to push us into buying an over-priced extended warranty. I was torn between a new Ford F-150 and a Dodge Ram 1500.
