I, personally, undoubtedly enjoyed my car buying experience at Lenoir City Ford. I feel like I purchased a car at a great price (although I wish I had of been able to purchase the car a little cheap experience at Lenoir City Ford. I feel like I purchased a car at a great price (although I wish I had of been able to purchase the car a little cheaper, yet they go by KBB). Also, on a side note, I did take out extra warranties and coverage, and they showed me what the price would be per month with the coverage over a 72 month financed contract term. I do wish now, that during the financing portion, that I had been showed what I was completely paying for the car altogether, and what the total cost would be per extra coverage/ warranty charge instead of the per month price difference I would pay, as that covers up what you actually pay over in full over the years for all the added "stuff". However, I am covered for a good while as far as my car mechanics and maintenance goes. Yet, when I did take a solid look at all the charges on my car that added up to the total bill, it was a lot more money than what I would have originally paid with just taxes and fees added. I do wish I had reconsidered all the extra warranties and extra coverages, but I guess it will be good in the long run. Just make sure you take a solid look from all angles (what the monthly bill will be and what the total charges will be right then and there when you purchase the car and how much each adds to the total final bill you will either pay or finance). Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed purchasing my used 2011 Ford Fusion from Lenoir City Ford. My car is beautiful, and I am in love with it! The staff was so friendly and not pushy whatsoever. Also, the General Manager over the whole business greeted us with kindness and great customer satisfaction. I understand why I have had many people in which I know make a visit to Lenoir City Ford to buy their new cars. Go visit them, you won't be disappointed. More

Sonny made my experience non stressful. I needed a used truck with certain stipulations. He worked very hard to find what I wanted and did not waste my time showing me trucks that were out of the guideline truck with certain stipulations. We were greeted right away and introduced to Sonny.
