I was looking for a small truck for my daughter and was driving by Lenoir City Ford and saw a used truck on there lot. It was out of my price range but after meeting Mike Wilinski he showed me a 2007 Ford driving by Lenoir City Ford and saw a used truck on there lot. It was out of my price range but after meeting Mike Wilinski he showed me a 2007 Ford Escape SUV. After talking to Mike he showed me all the advantages the Escape hap over a pickup truck. I've dealt with a dealer that was 45 minutes from me for over 20 years. I spent 4 months looking for a car. Found the one I wanted on Cars.com. After being told he could not get the car, I contacted Lenoir City Ford myself. Mike Fulkerson and Lisa Myers were very friendly and helpful. Being that I was 3 hours away, they used pictures of my trade-in. They were very willing to work with me on the trade-in price and the price of my new car. They both spent time with me the day I got the car to make sure I was familiar with all the features. No hassles. Just great customer service. Will definitely be calling these two the next time we look for a car regardless of the make we're looking for. More
