I came to the dealer for routine maintenance. They found a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. I paid to have a new tire put on. They put a AT tire on to match my wet/icy road tires. I left the truck over night and was told they would get the correct one on the next day. It wasn’t until an hour before close when they realized they never got the tire and my truck would need to sit again overnight. I needed my truck for work and was told they didn’t have any rentals because they were booked up. I had to leave the dealer that night with my spare tire. The third day I called them to make sure they didn’t mess this up again and was told they had the tire and would mount and balance it before I got there at the time I told them. I arrived and waited an hour for them to mount and balance after I had gotten there. I was told by the guy working the desk that the sales manager didn’t even want to pay the $33 difference in tire cost. Horrible customer service. More
