Ralph is the best auto sales person I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many. A down to earth guy with what seems to be An honest approach. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and how much o with and I have dealt with many. A down to earth guy with what seems to be An honest approach. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and how much of it I would need to know to get me started on operating a hybrid. He also suggested calling him if I need support later on. Very reassuring to know he could and would help. A large purchase of this type should have sufficient support and Ralph knew that from the get-go. I’m going to get hold of Ralph if and when I buy another truck. I am also going to refer my friends. THANKS RALPH! If you see this! More
