Place is a scam! Bought a salesman’s relatives truck the truck didn’t last 2000 miles or a month. Lenz wanted to tow it to there shop! The whole situation was real fishy. As soon as the tech started taking the motor apart there was evidence someone was just in it. I’m guessing a family member did a favor took the trade in and now I’m left with a $28000 boat anchor. The owner atleast called me told me I could trade it in. I asked who would buy a truck that barely runs. He said sorry that’s what happens when you buy an old used truck was his words! More

BE CAUTIOUS. Very frustrated with the buying experience at this dealership. I am not one to complicate things, or leave reviews, so this took a lot. The process moved quickly because I did the leg work and was interested in the truck I bought. Right before leaving with said truck, I was told there was a “service light on for the restraint system” and that “this is the first time it came up.” I was also told, that if it keeps coming up, someone would drive to where I live (2 hrs away) and bring it back to Lenz to fix for free. Sweet, ok. Fast forward to now, the issue came back, and they are telling me I need to fix it myself at a different dealership near me. Along with this, I have tried to contact the finance department to get an update on when my credit union can expect the trade in check I am owed. Crickets. It has been almost 2 weeks, I understand things take time, but all I am asking for is a call back with a quick update. No one will call me back or even acknowledge they are trying to help me out. I don’t expect a red carpet, but I expect when I am spending large amounts of money and owed large amounts of money, that someone can call me back within a 48 hour period for a quick 1 minute conversation. I would suggest buying a car at a different dealership for sure. More
