You could not talk to a better guy when looking at trucks than Brian Lenz . There was no xxxxxxxx - found a few trucks I was interested in and he appraised my truck in a short time but the truck I was intere than Brian Lenz . Brian told me to talk with Zack Vander Griten and he is so laided back - got the paper work going and was on my way home with new truck in a very short time 😜 More
Worst buying experience I ever had. Left me stranded on the side of the highway and they towed it back to the dealer. More
Finance guy was great , I signed a purchase agreement but when I got there it got changed. I signed the agreement with a 5000 trade in value but had to settle for 3000 which I’ve never had that happen before when I got there it got changed. I signed the agreement with a 5000 trade in value but had to settle for 3000 which I’ve never had that happen before , Mike basically called me a liar about the condition of the truck . He never asked me the condition of the trade in just wanted mileage and VIN over the phone . Apparently purchase agreements only work for the dealer . I’m 60 years old and this is by far the worst vehicle buying experience I’ve had. My wife and drive 9 hours to get this truck and got treated like liars I will not recommend Lenz to anyone . More
