Our first purchase from Lenz our used vehicle had some issues but the service we received was beyond amazing. I spent many hours hanging out while they worked on my truck and it was always a comfortable, issues but the service we received was beyond amazing. During covid (with very limited used cars anywhere), we ended up in a desperate situation needing a family vehicle fast, and were forced to buy from a different dealership. Needless to say, the car we got there ended up being terrible and so was the service. A few months and several thousands of dollars later, we knew we needed a more reliable vehicle and went back to Lenz. Mike found three options for us to look at, didn't push us to choose one over the other, and Ryan had us driving away in a great family truck with financing before noon. It feels so good to drive a vehicle again and not be stressed about it breaking down. I can't imagine buying from anywhere but Lenz ever again. More

Brad Lenz is currently stealing my money from my down payment. We had a deal worked out and now he’s going back on it. Just happened that the valve stem popped out Dan set us up to get it repaired closer to home and checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Can't say enough about the lenz truck team. We looked for a vehicle for months and found junk vehicles and unproffesional lying sales reps. We even extended our search 2 hours away. We then found our vehicle at Lenz. Mike was our agent, he was vehicles and unproffesional lying sales reps. We even extended our search 2 hours away. We then found our vehicle at Lenz. This was the worst experience I’ve had trying to buy a truck. Charlotte seemed overwhelmed and was slow to respond. I had to call multiple times over the course of a week to try and make progress on a dea truck. Charlotte seemed overwhelmed and was slow to respond.
